1. The mounting surface is dusty, oily, or uneven. Wipe the area clean with an alcohol wipe and let it dry completely before installation.
2. There is residual dust on the suction base; rinse the silicone pad and let it air dry.
3. Extreme temperatures: high heat softens the silicone, while cold air reduces adhesion. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
4. You did not press the lock lever firmly after squeezing out all air bubbles.

Q2: Can I install it on textured leather dashboards?

A2: Not recommended. Rough, porous, or grainy leather cannot form a full vacuum seal. Smooth hard plastic or flat glass windshields work best.
